I have worked for more than 15 years in the area of education, commercial and trade marketing with big companies such as Wella and L’Oréal.

The beauty market is the foundation of my professional career and one of my great passions.

I loved my job, but I was not aware of how I treated my body:

I used to smoke

I had long working hours

I was stressed.

My nutrition was bad

sitting all day

I was sitting and not active

My health was in downward spiral

"6 years ago I started my change and today I want to share it with you."

  • I stopped smoking

  • I changed my diet and lifestyle

  • And I fell in love with the idea of well-being, conscience and self-love.

My Experience

  • I tried many options to quit smoking, thinking that the problem was the cigarette…
  • I managed to quit smoking and started dealing with weight gain…

Why did I seek this change?

  • I wanted to feel healthy and calm
  • I wanted a family: to be a mother and a wife in addition to my professional development
  • I felt the need to change my environment and lifestyle
  • Without pressure and from consciousness
  • When I discovered how to exercise my body according to my needs
  • From the love and respect to my body
  • Including tools like meditation.

I stopped overworking my body with extreme workouts in the gym, which exhausted me and gave me more stress than joy.

When I stopped extreme diets, which only generated a yoyo effect.

When I understood, that in the office, in the middle of the night traffic, in a training session, taking care of my daughters at home, AT ANY TIME, I can include healthy habits for my body and mind.
